Russell, the owner of the business, is very knowledgeable and was patient in explaining the hail damages to my roof, the process of insurance claim and etc. Because of this, my initial hesitation dissipated and decided to give it a try. And I am glad I entrusted Russell and his company for my roof replacement project. He was responsive and provided useful guidance along the way. Throughout the process, he maintained the highest level of professionalism and always want to make sure I am happy with the final results. He answered my endless questions about the project. I was picky about the slate selection. He ordered several rounds of samples and dropped by to show us. After leaning I wanted to repair the vent which was out of shape, he and his team custom built a new vent using PVC material. The crew were polite and always on time and diligent. The final results of the new roof speak for itself. The craftsmanship and quality of the slates displayed in the photos is a dramatic make-over of my roof.

I am a commercial property manager who oversees multiple commercial and multi-family properties, including apartment complexes and shopping centers. I have been working directly with Russell for a few years, and I honestly have to say that I wouldn't want any other roofer besides him on any of my properties. Some projects he has completed include TPO and PVC flat roof replacement and repair, flat roof leak testing, flat roof cleaning, roof drainage issue evaluations, flashing repair, asphalt/ modified flat roof repair and sloped asphalt shingle replacement. I recently decided to change the roof and gutters on my own historic house and reached out to Russell about the project. As usual, he was easy to get a hold of and listened to what I was trying to achieve. He came by the house to walk the property and measure, specced everything out, and gave me a price promptly. His pricing was fair and was way under another quote I received. I ended up choosing a Brava synthetic slate roofing system with all copper flashing along with 6" copper half round gutters. I had gone back and forth on the idea of using real slate, but Russell convinced me Brava was the way to go. The outcome of the project exceeded even my own expectations. I'm still blown away by how amazing it looks. When details matter, you need an experienced roofing company who knows what they're doing. When choosing a contractor for something that should last decades, it's critical to work with someone who refuses to cut corners just to get the job done. The stuff you cant see is often the most critical. And, most importantly, when unknown issues were discovered in the middle of the job, he had specialist show up the next day to correct them. I would not hesitate to recommend Beltway roofing to anyone, including my friends and family. -Russell took the attached pictures with his drone, which I thought was very cool.

Beltway Roofing replaced my 15/20 year old roof that had storm damage. The damage was causing leaks in three areas of my home during mild and heavy rainstorms. I reached out to Beltway through recommendation of my realtor. Russell answered the phone right away, and was able to schedule an appointment to analyze the damage to my roof. He was very helpful, with walking me through the insurance claim process as a first time homebuyer, as well as putting a tarp over the area of my roof that was causing the largest leak. I was very grateful that he was so knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. He talked to and coordinated with the insurance company on my behalf, when I was often too busy with my work schedule. He even coordinated scheduling to ensure the roof was replaced shortly after my solar panels were removed. I highly recommened Russell and Beltway Roofing. With my roof replacement, I have had no more leaks with no more water damage. They did an amazing job.

Russ came to our house because we had hail damage to our roof from a recent storm. He told me that he works with our insurance company to get your roof replaced. He said all it would cost is our deductible. Russ delivered on everything he said. He worked with our insurance company and his guys replaced our roof. Our deductible was all we paid. His guys showed up around 7 am and didn’t leave until after 9 pm. Roof complete in one day. We have a 3 story Victorian home with a steep pitch so it was quite a job, but they did excellent work. Beltway Roofing replaced our large roof. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in replacing our storm-damaged roof. We even opted to upgrade portions to metal sheeting. I was skeptical about the cold call solicitation at first. If I knew then what I do now I wouldn’t hesitate for a nanosecond! Monette handled all the details with my insurance company so I literally didn’t have to do a thing. From first contact to final sign off took less than a month, even during the rainy month of March. Compare to a different experience with a different house - in that case every time it rained I got moved to the end of the list and it took about 5 to complete. I couldn’t be happier with my new roof!

Beltway Roofing did an amazing job in replacing our slate roof that had been damaged in a storm. We didn't even know that getting a slate roof replaced through insurance was an option because of how expensive slate tends to be, but Russell and his team were able to do it. They worked with our insurance company, met the adjuster out at our property, and helped us navigate the insurance process. Very friendly. Mine ended up getting covered by insurance which was amazing. Getting a new roof can be stressful and they made it a breeze. They looked at it for free. Saw the storm damage from the storm that rolled through last fall. Then meet with the insurance person at my place. They approved the repair not long after. We scheduled the installation day and they provide a high quality new roof. It was a blessing I found them. Monette was my poc. Russel was a straight shooter. Both are down to earth and easy to work with. Call them if you need a new roof.

I wasn't aware that our roof had storm damage due to hail. Russell, the owner of Beltway Roofing, was over at my neighbor's house discussing their roof damage when I came home from work. I'm glad he asked to check our roof, too, as ours was pretty severely damaged as well. We contacted our insurance company, and Russell made arrangements to meet the insurance adjuster assigned to our claim. The adjuster agreed to replace our entire roof on the main house, the metal roof on the detached garage, and even the skylights that were damaged. Beltway Roofing had the materials delivered and an installation crew out there a week after everything was approved. I have to say their crew was polite, respectful, friendly, and proficient at their job. The work was top-notch and we love our new roof. The whole team over there was phenomenal. They made our experience seamless and our anxiety level minimal. I would highly recommend and encourage using Beltway Roofing for all of your roofing needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Beltway Roofing and they were like a breath of fresh air. I got referred to them from a friend of mine, and worked with the owner Russell. Two other contractors had been out to my house and inspected my roof before him, and neither of them thought the damage warranted a replacement, but I know my house and knew something wasn’t right. I contacted Russell after getting referred and he was at my house the next day. He inspected my roof, documented the damages, and thought the damage was severe. I filed a claim with my insurance company, and they sent an adjuster out about a week later. Russell met the adjuster at my property, presented damages that he found, and the insurance company approved the entire roof. I’m so glad I didn’t give up after the first two contractors. The roof installation was today, and I couldn’t be happier. From the owner to the project manager to the installers, the whole team over at Beltway Roofing was phenomenal.

Beltway Roofing was in the process of replacing my neighbor's roof after their roof was damaged from a recent storm. While they were there working, I walked over and spoke with one of their representatives, Kevin, about inspecting my roof as well. He inspected it and found damages sustained from wind and hail. Kevin worked with my insurance company and was able to get the entire roof fully replaced. He was also able to get the insurance company to replace the gutters and downspouts on the entire house. The job went well, and the roof and gutters look great.

In my 27 years of homeownership, this was my first time needing my entire roof to be replaced. Our roof required additional considerations and care, as it is a cedar shake roof. Beltway Roofing was at my house the following day after I contacted them. I met with the owner, Russell, and we went over the process and the materials I was interested in replacing the roof with. While we were walking around the house talking and pointing out things, Russell noticed facets of the roof that appeared to be damaged by wind. Russell inspected the roof, found wind AND hail damage, and thought that my insurance company may approve it. I didn't even know that was possible. Russell advocated for us while meeting with the insurance adjuster. He took so much stress and weight off of our plate that we honestly can't thank him and his team enough. The installation process with really smooth, and we were really impressed by their commitment to excellence. We love our new Brava synthetic slate roof and look forward to working with Beltway Roofing on future projects.

I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled to leave one after the exceptional service I receive regarding my roof replacement. The team over at Beltway Roofing has been outstanding. We have an insurance company that has a reputation for not being the easiest to work with. The way Beltway Roofing navigated the process was amazing. They met with the adjuster and presented many forms of documentation indicating the roof was damaged. The insurance company gave a little pushback at first, but Beltway Roofing was able to overcome it all, and the entire roof was ultimately approved. From the initial inspection to the office staff to the project manager... the customer service I received has been truly unbelievable. They answered all my questions, explained the process to me thoroughly, and even answered my call at 9 pm. when I had an urgent question. (sorry) I can't speak highly enough about them, and we would recommend them to anyone look to have their roof replaced.

We have a slate roof and didn’t even think the insurance company paying for a slate roof was possible, but Russell got it done. They only gave us a partial approval at first, but Russell fought for us and ended up getting them to agree to a full roof replacement as opposed to a repair. We're still blown away.
